MAXINE L. Tibbetts

Hi! My name is Maxine L. Tibbetts.

I’m  a  Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor,  a  certified  professional  life  coach,  and  on  the  national  board  for  Certified  Counselors  in  the  state  of  North  Carolina.

As an Army spouse, the military brought me to Fort Bragg, where I completed my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice at Fayetteville State University and my Master's of Arts Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Professional Mental Health Counseling at Webster University. I now call Lillington, North Carolina, my home. 

With over 30 years of working with families, adults, children, and couples, my passion is to help change lives. Whether through clinical sessions or mentorship/coaching, I am here to listen and help you develop the tools to overcome challenges.  

Throughout my life, I have always engaged with people. From teaching hundreds of students as an educator or helping clients through a tough situation such as domestic violence, drug addiction, or depression, I am on the front lines with you during your dark times and moments of victory.

Helping people overcome challenges is particularly close to home for me. I am a domestic violence survivor. I understand how facing traumatic experiences can be difficult and painful. You don't have to face this alone. Let me help you.

A frequently asked question I often receive from clients is "What does Dunndeal mean?" DD is about accountability, morals, ethics, integrity, and respect. We get to the root of the situation, and bring it to the forefront. When you take care of yourself, take accountability of your situation, and put effort into improving yourself or your family's dynamic, it's a "Dunndeal."
